located in the city of Chinandega, Nicaragua.

A Little Of Our Story

What We Do

CAIPSA or its associates have been producing and exporting bananas for 62 years. The total production area sums to 330 hectares in three plantations each fitted with their own packing facility, resulting in an average annual production of 960,000 premium quality banana boxes of 18.17 kg.

The environment is what matters most

Our plantations are using the minimum amount of chemical controls, using less plastic for banana bunch protection covers, and all the plastic used in the process is recycled. We optimize and monitor water use in the packing process and in the plantation. We periodically train our employees in the protection and conservation of the environment.
